How long will my order take to be delivered?

This can vary from model to model, we order all stock direct from Leisure and most Leisure orders are completed within 14 working days of ordering. If you would like a more precise delivery time please call us on 0800 63 45 711 and we shall check product availabilty for you.

How much will delivery cost?

All orders include FREE Standard Delivery to UK mainland addresses, If you live in an area which is classed as NON UK mainland, i.e. Scottish Highlands, Isle Of Mann, Nothern Ireland, please call us before placing your order to confirm shipping costs.

• Standard Delivery (Free)

  A palletised delivery, delivered on a pallet truck, which is rolled into a garage or upto your door. Ideal if you have builders on site who can move the product into your property, whilst saving you money to spend on other appliances you may need for your kitchen.

  Note: Please remember the range cookers we provide are not light (weigh upto and over 100Kg) and require at least 2 people to lift them into position.

• Premium Delivery (£20)

  This includes a 2 person delivery team who will deliver the appliance(s), lift them into the room of your choice, unwrapp them inspecting them as throughly as possible and take any uneeded packaging materials away with them to our local recycling centre. If you have an old appliance that you need removing, we can also take this away for recycling as long as it is disconnected and ready to go when our delivery team arrive. This additional service costs an extra £25.

Will my delivery be a timed delivery?

Standard delivery is unfortunately an all day call out but the driver does contact you one hour before arrival to let you know he is on his way. Our premium delivery service is timed and the curior contacts you approximately 24 hours before with an estimated 4 hour time slot that your appliance(s) will arrive within.
